Since 2016: Facilitated documentation and storytelling workshops for various development agencies, including the USAID Uganda Mission, Kampala Youth Development Network, the Hunger Project, the Nutrition Society of Uganda, and the Right2Grow Uganda Consortium, comprising 18 civil society organisations.

2022: the Schools2030 Global Forum

2022: Developed content for the Schools2030 Global Forum in Tanzania in 2022, comprising 10 program countries in Africa, Europe, South America, and Asia.

2023: Developed content for the Global Adolescent Forum, the largest-ever global gathering on adolescent well-being in New York, in October 2023.

In the last 18 years, Brian Mutebi has published over 1000 articles in national and international publications, for international development organisations, and UN agencies. He has written on various subjects from health, education, environment and climate change, gender equality, women’s rights to social justice. His insightful and deeply researched work has brought to international attention women’s rights concerns that would otherwise be ignored. For that work, he was featured on Women Deliver’s global “15 Journalists, 15 Voices for Girls & Women”. He received the 2017 Gender Justice Youth Award in Africa. The Gates Institute recognised and named him one of its “120 Under 40: The New Generation of Family Planning Leaders” on the strength of his journalism and media advocacy on family planning and reproductive health.
